Be sure to specify whether you are seeking live-in or hourly (live-out) work and whether you have previous experience and work references.   To provide personal care for a client you must be a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide with at least 6 months experience.  All caregivers must pass a criminal background check through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement in addition to other requirements set by the Agency for Healthcare Administration.
