"My husband has Parkinson's disease, and with that has come some confusion and a danger of falls.  About six months ago it became apparent that it was no longer safe to leave him alone even long enough to get necessary errands done.  The first home health agency we tried was less than satisfactory.  The administrative staff were not well-organized, and the caregivers seemed to have very little training.  After three months with that company, we still did not have a regular caregiver in place, and had had eight different people out of ten visits.  There had also been several times when the caregiver did not show up at all. When we switched to Applecare, all those problems were immediately eliminated.  Our initial visit from Janet  made us feel that she was well-organized and was training her caregivers carefully.  Within a day she had two caregivers in place for our needs.  When those ladies left Applecare for personal reasons, Janet had another wonderful lady to send to us.  Our Applecare caregivers have all been kind, polite, good-natured, on time, and happy to do whatever is needed for that day.  My husband has enjoyed their company.  There have been no problems at all with scheduling mix-ups.  Janet is always accessible, and returns phone calls very quickly.   She stays in close touch with her staff, and knows what they are encountering with their clients.  I have recommended Apple Care to several people in need of a home care agency, and am glad to do so here.  I don't think you will find a better group to deal with."
